We offer the stability and support of an agency, but we also offer the flexibility and individuality of a group practice. Instead of salary or hourly based pay, we offer commission based pay. We can help you take the next step in your career as either an employee or a contractor. We can also help you launch your own private practice.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health.</li><li>Assess clients' needs through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and concerns.</li><li>Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.</li><li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to support client needs.</li><li>Stay informed of the latest therapeutic treatments, modalities, and interventions through ongoing professional development.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.</li><li>State license.</li><li>Proven experience in counseling.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.</li><li>Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to counseling.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Commission based pay where full-time work is 20 hours per week (about 25 clients): 35% commission for pre-licensed Associate employees, 50% commission for Licensed employees, and 65% for Licensed independent contractors.
